Today I am launching my new Podcast, Your Best Health. This podcast will build on the previous Whitley Performance Podcast with the concept focused on bringing the latest and best information regarding achieving your best health. Topics will include anti-aging, nutrition, supplementation, training and exercise, natural remedies, modern medicine, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis. Brought to you by the leading professionals in their respective fields and interviewed by yours truly! This next chapter for me represents 25 years of work, relationships, knowledge, and sacrifice. Journey to Optimal Health and Fitness

I’ve worked in the field of Health and Fitness for the past 25 years. From personal training my first client after graduating high school and sitting for my first ACE certification, to corporate health and wellness, to sports performance, I’ve experienced a lot over the past 25 years. I’ve been an amateur bodybuilder, a nationally ranked strongman, competed in mixed martial arts, and competed in powerlifting. I’ve experienced almost every diet known, from juice cleanses to fasting to keto to Macro, I’ve tried most. What I’ve found over these years is that the human body is a fantastic marvel that can adapt to almost any change. After years of sharing knowledge and continued learning, I’ve seen my own personal highs and lows. I now have acknowledged my continued quest as a journey to optimal health and fitness. Through learning about my pitfalls and personal issues, I’ve realized that the power lies within. Addressing your issues, and seeking support where necessary, anything is possible. I have also begun a new regime based off of custom nutrient testing which has lead me to a custom matrix of vitamins and minerals designed to uniquely and specifically provide me with the key support to help me reach my optimal levels of health.
