In the past 25 years, working with 1000’s of clients I’ve come to appreciate the struggles that people go through. For some it is as simple as understanding how to make better choices, for others it is a journey of years of undoing negative behaviors and patterns. Either way, we all come to our conclusions in our own way in our own time. I have had some clients who are knowledge seekers while others are action takers. The knowledge seekers gather information and develop strategies. They spend countless hours, weeks, months, and even years analyzing and processing information. They are well informed and empowered yet they are not able to implement those strategies for fear of making the wrong decision. The action takers however don’t necessarily need to spend time gathering information. They take actions and make adjustments along the way. Constantly refining their process, never to be derailed by setbacks. These clients not only see better results, they tend to be more motivated and happier.

Most of my adult clients train for life. They have committed to a lifestyle of health and happiness. This may involve a regular exercise routine, better eating strategies, improving their sleep quality, and seeking ways to incorporate fun into daily life.

Follow the Fit For Life routine listed below 2-3 times per day before you eat.
Set a timer for 5 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible with good technique. Modify your positions to match your level and adjust as needed. Start slowly and move more quickly only when you have good control.
